We welcome anyone over the age of 18 to book a stall at our market. We are seeking people with a love for fashion who wish to sell good quality preloved, vintage or handmade items, or are emerging designers themselves.
We welcome stallholders who wish to sell mens, womens and unisex pieces of adult fashion (strictly no children's pieces).

Currently, we are taking all booking enquiries via our Stallholder Expression of Interest Form or via email (hello@theprelovedproject.com). Please allow up to 72 hours for a response. Once approved, you will be sent an invoice from PayPal to be paid via a personal PayPal account or credit/debit card.

Aside from the pieces you are selling, we suggest bringing any of the following items to decorate and display at your market stall: a chair for yourself, a second clothing rack (one clothing rack provided with every stall - hangers not included), tables, baskets, rugs, mirror, plants. Aside from the pieces you are selling, we suggest bringing any of the following items to decorate and display at your market stall: a chair for yourself, a second clothing rack (one clothing rack provided with every stall - hangers not included), tables, baskets, rugs, mirror, plants. It is important to remember a water bottle (drinking tap water available on site). You may also want to bring a small esky for personal refreshments.
For outdoor sellers we suggest bringing a gazebo or umbrellas to protect from sun and rain. This may be up to 3x3m in size but all gazebos must be secured by adequate weights. It is the stallholders decision whether they accept payments via bank transfer or cash. If cash is your chosen method you will need to supply your own change.

We have one toilet on site which may be used as a change room. This toilet is not gender-specific. It is the stall holders decision whether or not to let customers try on their items and we suggest asking for an ID or security deposit prior to the item leaving your stall. The Preloved Project is not responsible for any missing or stolen items.

Almost all of our Stallholders utilise PayID or bank transfer. Some also accept cash, and few have eftpos available.

If you are no longer able to attend our event, please notify us asap via email to hello@theprelovedproject.com . Last minute cancellations and no shows may be denied stall hire in the future. All stalls are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Where are you located/parking?
We are located at 179 Bunda Street, Parramatta Park in Cairns, Queensland. The venue has a large courtyard at the front and there is street parking directly outside, as well as on nearby Scott Street and Jubilee Street. If you cannot find a park at any of these places, we suggest utilising the carpark at Cairns Central. If you are a stallholder bringing a friend or ‘helper’ you may drop them off with your items before parking your car.
