The Preloved Project caters strictly for adults’ fashion only. No children’s pieces. We specialise in secondhand, vintage and emerging designers' pieces of clothing, shoes, jewellery and accessories for men, women and unisex. No items outside of these categories are to be sold without direct permission from The Preloved Project.
All stallholders must be over the age of 18. Stallholders and customers attend the market at their own risk. The Preloved Project is not responsible for any items you bring to the market that may be affected by damage or loss, nor for any injuries.
All stalls are allocated and labelled with each seller’s name. You cannot change stalls. If you would like to request to have your stall nearby a friend, please request this prior to the event.
We are unable to provide refunds to stallholders for any reason. All stalls are non-refundable and non-transferable. If you are no longer able to attend the market, please notify us asap via hello@theprelovedproject.com . Last minute cancellations and no shows may be denied stall hire in the future. Late arrivals may be considered as no shows.
One (1) clothing rack is provided with every stall booking. Hangers are not included, you will need to supply your own.
Indoor Stalls are 2m x 2.5m and Outdoor Stalls are 3m x 3m. You may bring additional racks, tables, mirrors or decorations but these must fit within your designated stall space.
No music is to be played by stallholders.
Gazebos are strongly recommended for outdoor stalls to protect form sun and rain. This may be up to 3x3m in size but all gazebos MUST be secured with adequate weights. We have limited availability for gazebo hire and set up is not included. Please specify if you require gazebo hire when completing your Stallholder EOI Form.
Please ensure all sellable items are in good condition and all clothing items have been washed prior to sale. It is the stallholders decision whether they accept payments via bank transfer, PayID or cash. If cash is your chosen method you will need to supply your own change.
Stall set up begins one hour before the event. You must clean up after yourself. Everything you bring with you must be taken away by the final pack up time (one hour after conclusion of sales). This includes all sellable pieces, rubbish, hangers, furniture and decorations. Failure to remove all belongings may result in a clean-up fee. Set up and final pack down times will be communicated prior to event. One (1) clothing rack is provided in each stallholder ticket. Any missing clothing racks will incur a fee.
By attending our event you agree to be included in photos and videos that may be used as advertising material.
We want to offer a safe and welcoming event for everybody. Bullying, loud, aggressive and unnecessary behaviour will not be tolerated.
By booking a stall you agree to our terms and conditions. These terms and conditions are subject to change at any time and without notice. The Preloved Project reserves the right to refuse a booking without reason. Failure to adhere to conditions may result in immediate expulsion from the market and all future events.
